Yum!

Krissy's shake!

1 big banana
1/8 cup peanut butter or more if you want :-p
1/3 oatmeal
¼ cup plain yogurt
¼ milk or soy milk
Ice cubes

This really is the shake in the world! Plus, it's a scrumptious way to add fiber into your diet. I like to freeze the banana an hour before so that the shake is cool and thick :)
